Senior Software Developer

Overview

In this role, you will help clients embed AI into real-world operations by delivering robust software across the full tech stack. You will work on agentic AI solutions hosted on cloud infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable platforms. You’ll stay current with industry trends, contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor junior colleagues as you drive continuous improvement.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions
• Write clean, efficient code using relevant technologies and frameworks
• Contribute to architecture discussions for new features
• Review code for standards, security, and quality
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into specs
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support automated testing
• Support continuous improvement and internal innovation
• Mentor junior team members and build organizational capability

• Approximately 2–3 years’ software development experience
• Experience with cloud and AI development
• Experience in fast-paced, complex team environments
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
