Overview

In this role you shape regional field marketing for UKI, Nordics, and Benelux to drive qualified opportunities and stronger customer engagement. You work cross-functionally with Sales, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Partners to orchestrate integrated programs across events, campaigns, ABM, and co-marketing. You own regional event strategy, partner collaboration, and account-based activities to maximize pipeline impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive regional field marketing strategy aligned to pipeline priorities across UKI, Nordics and Benelux
  • Partner with regional Sales, Marketing and Channel teams to create joint plans and execute co-marketing activities
  • Plan and execute field and partner-supported events with cohesive pre-, during, and post-event strategies
  • Own regional conference and summit strategy to maximize participation and engagement
  • Develop targeted account strategies to support ABM and accelerate engagement within priority accounts
  • Collaborate with broader marketing and regional partners to create content and assets aligned to regional priorities
  • Set program goals and forecasts and measure impact on engagement and pipeline across field and partner activities
  • Maintain alignment with EMEA BDR to ensure qualified leads flow through the funnel
  • Build cross-functional relationships and ensure partner opportunities are integrated into the broader field marketing strategy
Key requirements
  • Experience leading regional field marketing strategy in a high-technology, B2B organization (cybersecurity experience preferred)
  • Experience with partners or channels to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Native English fluency; Nordic language a plus
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and marketing strategies across EMEA
  • Commercial mindset with budget management and prioritization based on business outcomes
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce; Marketo knowledge a plus
