Overview
As Engineering Manager for the Communications Platform, you lead a team building high-throughput, mission-critical communication channels (Email, SMS, Whatsapp, etc.) and scalable platform services. You own client outcomes end-to-end, shaping APIs, data, and experiences with autonomy. Youโll balance hands-on leadership with people and systems growth, emphasizing platform-first design and responsible AI adoption.
This role combines technical direction with cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable communications at scale.
