Who should apply?

• 6+ years' experience in Commercial Analytics, Commercial Finance, Strategy or Revenue Analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business performance through insight and analysis.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading analysts would be beneficial.

Role and Reporting Lines

Working closely with Revenue Leadership and Heads of Trading, responsibilities will include:

• Lead commercial analysis across markets, partners and revenue streams.
• Own and enhance reporting for Leadership Team and Board audiences.
• Translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Partner with commercial leaders to drive accountability and performance improvement.
• Develop reporting frameworks, standards and best practices across the organisation.
• Mentor and support Commercial Analysts, helping to build analytical capability across the business.
