Job Description

The Role

This is a role for someone who loves complexity, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to turn strategy into clarity. You’ll be the connective tissue between business, engineering, and product—ensuring that FSAI’s AI systems don’t just get built, but land with precision and impact.

You will lead discovery, shape roadmaps, break down problems, and unlock velocity across AI delivery teams. Your fingerprints will be on some of the most important AI programs happening inside major global enterprises.

What You’ll Do

  • Break down complex business problems into digestible pieces and make sure everyone on the team understands why they are building what they are building
  • Facilitate workshops and lead discovery sessions with senior leaders and executives
  • Build expertise in FSAI’s AI capabilities and contribute to how new use cases evolve
  • Analyse data, workflows, and operational patterns to inform decisions and reduce delivery risk.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders to drive prioritisation, clarity, and strategic alignment.
  • Support engineers and product teams by removing blockers and enabling fast, confident execution.
  • Build deep expertise in FSAI’s AI capabilities and shape how new features and use cases evolve.
  • Operate in a squad on 2-3 use cases in parallel

About You

You come from a business background first. You understand commercial environments, know how to navigate complex organisations, and are comfortable challenging stakeholders when needed.

You bring:

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience — ideally from a commercial, consulting, or enterprise environment
  • A track record of working directly with business stakeholders, not just technical teams
  • Experience managing 2 to 3 complex projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • The ability to ask the right questions, cut through ambiguity, and drive to an answer
  • Comfort working in fast-paced agile teams where priorities shift
  • Experience influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders
  • AI experience is a nice to have — curiosity and willingness to learn matters more
  • Proven leadership across complex technology, AI, data, or automation programs.
  • Ability to shape narratives, influence direction, and guide senior stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like

  • You build trust quickly with business stakeholders and delivery teams
  • You bring clarity and momentum to complex programs
  • You ask the hard questions and make sure the team always knows why they are doing what they are doing
  • You get things delivered

Why Join Us?

  • A high-performance culture
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Experience world‑class leadership
  • Scale of impact and purpose
  • A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
  • Work with the best in the industry
  • Flexible work environment
  • Diversity and creativity
