Job Description
Job Location - Mumbai Preferred Candidates from Chennai Requirement/ Skills Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable. 4 plus years of experience required. Area-specific knowledge: Knowledge of common citizen problems related to government schemes and the ability to translate these problems into solutions using B2C app and Phygital mediums. This includes understanding user needs, designing user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring accessibility for diverse user groups.
Working knowledge of and at least 2 years of experience with B2C mobile hybrid app development and testing. This includes familiarity with hybrid app frameworks, mobile development platforms, and mobile testing best practices. Roles & Responsibilities Ensure - Alignment of solutions with business needs: Ensures that technical & non-technical solutions effectively address business requirements and strategic objectives.
Effective communication and collaboration: Ensures clear communication and collaboration between stakeholders and the development team. Adherence to industry standards and regulations: Ensures compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in testing and solution development. Quality of deliverables: Ensures the quality of software deliverables through rigorous testing and adherence to quality assurance standards.
Carry out Requirements gathering and analysis: Carries out detailed analysis of complex business needs, translating them into actionable workflows, user stories, screen designs, requirement documents etc. for solution implementation (technical and non-technical). This includes gathering information and insights on market trends and customer needs to ensure solutions are relevant and valuable. Test planning and execution: Carries out comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Defect tracking and resolution: Carries out systematic tracking and resolution of software defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely fixes. Process improvement: Carries out analysis of existing processes and identifies opportunities for improvement in both development and testing workflows. Contribute Product strategy and roadmap: Contributes to the product strategy and roadmap by providing insights from both a business analysis and testing perspective.
Go-to-market strategy: Contributes to the go-to-market strategy by assessing product readiness and providing actionable insights from testing. Innovation and continuous improvement: Contributes to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency. Team collaboration and knowledge sharing: Contributes to effective team collaboration and knowledge sharing by actively participating in discussions and documenting key findings.
