Senior Bid Manager

An ambitious and fast-growing professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join its Client Development team. Following significant investment and continued expansion plans across the UK and EMEA, this business is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This is a senior, hands-on role for an accomplished bid professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of leading complex, high-value bids and proposals from inception through to submission.

Working closely with senior leaders across multiple business lines, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of compelling bids, tenders, presentations and proposals that support strategic growth objectives.

You will be responsible for driving bid strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the production of high-quality, persuasive submissions that clearly articulate the organisation's strengths and differentiators.

This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence business development success across a large, multi-disciplinary organisation.

The successful candidate will have proven team leadership experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and confidence working under pressure to tight deadlines. Excellent written communication and experience using procurement portals and various submission methods are key, together with a solid understanding of frameworks and procurement processes. This role suits someone proactive, highly organised, and collaborative, who can build strong working relationships across all levels and take ownership of improving processes and driving successful outcomes.
