Overview
In this Senior Product Marketing role, you own end-to-end go-to-market for our most significant product launches, translating complex product detail into commercial messaging. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Success and Marketing to drive adoption, enable revenue teams, and shape client communications. You manage multi-launch cadences, craft tailored positioning, and create enablement assets that empower teams from day one.
This role combines strategic storytelling with practical, measurable impact on revenue and market movement. You’ll join a fast-paced, cross-functional team and influence how the HR tech market is understood and sold.
Responsibilities- Own go-to-market end-to-end for large product releases, from positioning to post-launch adoption
- Build launch plans and secure cross-functional commitments from Product, Sales, Client Success, Implementation and Support
- Run launch cadences: kick-offs, progress check-ins, sales training and company-wide updates
- Develop segment- and buyer-specific positioning and messaging for commercial use
- Design and deliver product training in partnership with Enablement Lead
- Create and maintain enablement assets (battlecards, decks, playbooks, ROI tools)
- Own technical writing for product portfolio (help centre, guides, admin docs)
- Write client-facing release communications and contribute to education campaigns
- Gather competitive intelligence and translate into battlecards and objection handling
- Track product adoption and influence on revenue, closing feedback loops between clients, Revenue and Product
- 3+ years in product marketing, product management, or related role within B2B SaaS
- Track record of end-to-end product launches with cross-functional coordination
- Proven ability to craft positioning and messaging that shifts product sales
- Exceptional writing across commercial, enablement, and technical formats
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and guiding commitments without direct authority
- Strong analytical instinct with ability to act on adoption/usage data
- Fluent, active use of AI tools in day-to-day work (required)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple launches simultaneously
