About the role
As a Senior Accountant, you'll work closely with a diverse range of business clients and be involved in:
- Business advisory services
- Tax planning and compliance for business
- Financial statement preparation
- Management reporting
- Business structures and strategic advice
- Mentoring and reviewing junior team members
- Building strong long‑term client relationships
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, adding value and becoming a trusted advisor.
About you
You'll have:
- CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)
- 5+ years experience in public practice
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation
- A proven ability in managing client advisory and compliance.
- Experience with companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
- Broad experience in working with private clients and small business.
- Xero and cloud accounting experience
- Advanced organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia as an Australian citizen or permanent resident
