Ltd. is seeking a high-energy, dual-capacity Sales & Marketing Manager . This pivotal role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between brand strategy and revenue generation. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives that position our extrusion products as industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Revenue Growth: Identify and convert new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, agriculture etc. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, distributors and institutional clients. Technical Discussions: Perform technical presentations and discussions with builders, contractors, other businesses etc.
Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and technical consultation to price negotiation and contract closure. Forecasting: Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects. Marketing & Brand Strategy Campaign Execution: Develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads.
Content & Collateral: Collaborate with technical teams to create sales toolkits, product catalogs, and case studies that showcase our extrusion expertise. Digital Outreach: Manage the company’s digital footprint, including LinkedIn presence and targeted email marketing for the B2B segment. Market Research: Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and shifting industry standards to keep the company ahead of market trends.
Event Representation: Lead the company’s presence at industry trade shows, seminars, and networking events. Candidate Requirements Experience: 7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role preferably within the construction/building material related industries. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels. Understanding P&L Statements Team handling skills (Sales Officers/ Area Managers) Travel: Must be willing to travel to meet clients and attend exhibitions.
