Our client base consists mainly of 4- and 5-star Resort hotels in North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.**POSITION** We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (in-person, Squamish) to help drive revenue growth via net-new sales of SaaS and associated services. Furthermore, it is your mission to ensure that each prospect or customer is excellently guided through the purchase journey and that all their questions are answered thoroughly, effectively and accurately along the way. Paramount to your success in this role is the possession of strong oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Complete end-to-end sales cycles with each prospect or customer, from lead generation through to product demonstration, vetting, negotiation and closing by actively listening and building trust with prospects and understanding their needs.* Maintain the pipeline and opportunities throughout the sales life cycle via Pipedrive CRM and record all prospect interactions and updates.* Assist with the creation and execution of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns to promote lead generation.* Prepare quotes, contract documentation and responses to requests for proposals.* Prepare reports, sales brochures, price lists and other sales documents.* Perform periodic trips to trade shows and prospect sites for exhibitions and onsite presentations.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge and competency on all Owner Relations products and services.* Attend product briefings on new and existing modules to ensure product knowledge is kept up to date.* Provide weekly and monthly reports on personal pipeline, activity targets and closed deals to the General Manager as required.* Organize and attend trade shows to promote Owner Relations.* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the market, which will ensure the company is kept up to date with competitor activity .* Track and raise invoices.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*** 4 – 5+ years of experience selling software solutions with increasing technical responsibility.* The ability to build and foster business relationships.* Knowledge of the branded hotels sector and condo/residences market is an asset, but not a requirement.* Demonstrable evidence of organizing customer accounts and project implementation.* Excellent communication skills using email, phone, and chat.* Ability to generate simple reporting.* Experience with Software Programs (e.g., Office 365, Asana, TeamSupport, Teams, DocuSign) is a plus.* Experience in a startup environment is a plus.* Integrity and reliability.* Ability to learn, think and respond on the fly## ## Business Unit:Owner Relations## ## Scheduled Weekly Hours:40## ## Number of Openings Available:1## ## Worker Type:Regular## ## **More About Jonas Software:**Jonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few.
