Security Sales Consultant – Hamilton, St. Catherines, Bulington, Ontario Exciting opportunity for sales professionals with access control and security solutions expertise! Are you passionate about security technology and solutions?

Do you enjoy combining technical knowledge with client engagement in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment? We are seeking a full-time Security Sales Consultant to join my client's team. This role focuses on electronic access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and IP intercoms , serving a variety of institutional clients including schools, hospitals, and provincial/federal buildings.

You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, provide expert consultation, and oversee project-based security solutions from specification to installation. Why this role is exciting: Be the go-to expert for all security hardware and installation projects at the branch level Work with designers, contractors, and institutional clients on high-profile projects Develop procedures, training, and processes that directly impact branch success Opportunity for growth in a technology-focused, solution-selling environment Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a credit-worthy customer base and sales targets Ensure timely and accurate ordering, invoicing, and project delivery Provide consultation and guidance on security solutions for clients and internal teams Coordinate installations and outsource vendors for quality and cost efficiency Participate in bid meetings and submit competitive proposals Qualifications & Experience: 3–5+ years’ experience in access control security solutions, preferably in construction, commercial or institutional environments Knowledge of building code requirements related to life safety, security, and electronics Strong negotiation, project management, and client relationship skills DHI certification or EHC experience a plus (training available) Proficient in MS Office; Avaware experience asset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment Skills & Attributes: Goal- and result-oriented with high accountability Flexible, self-motivated, and excellent communicator Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to representing the company with integrity and professionalism Dynamic work environment with exposure to cutting-edge security technology Professional growth and training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
