Role Description The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include conducting research to generate leads, managing the sales pipeline, participating in client meetings, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and develop tailored solutions is also essential. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hamilton, ON. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Sales processes, with strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development strategies. Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members. Ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify business growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus. Previous experience in the service industry is advantageous.
