Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role at TivraAI is a full-time, online position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support sales outreach, lead generation, and pipeline management, including researching prospects, preparing presentations, and assisting with product demos. Daily tasks will include collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, social media activities, and content to promote TivraAI’s recruiter assistance solutions.

The intern will also interact with potential customers, respond to inquiries, gather feedback, and help improve training materials and sales processes. This role offers hands-on experience in a growing HR tech environment and exposure to both sales and marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Customer service and client-facing skills to handle inquiries, support demos, and build positive relationships with prospects.
• Sales skills, including basic understanding of lead generation, prospect qualification, and follow-up activities.
• Training and sales management awareness, with the ability to assist in creating onboarding materials and tracking sales activities.
• Interest in HR technology, recruitment, or SaaS products, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
