Retention Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Campaign Executive who can independently plan, execute, and optimize customer engagement campaigns across multiple channels. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role , ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and can drive outcomes with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and RCS Own end-to-end campaign execution—from ideation to deployment and reporting Ensure timely deployment with high accuracy MarTech Utilization Hands-on execution using platforms like WebEngage, CleverTap, or Netcore SmarTech Build user journeys, segmentation, triggers, and automation workflows Segmentation & Personalization Create targeted user segments based on behavioral and transactional data Drive personalization to improve engagement and conversion Performance Tracking & Optimization Track campaign performance and optimize continuously Run A/B tests across channels, creatives, and messaging Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Business teams Ensure data readiness, event tracking, and campaign alignment Channel Best Practices Ensure adherence to best practices across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and RCS Maintain compliance, deliverability, and user experience standards Key Requirements 3–4 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing/campaign management Prior experience in Insurance / InsureTech / FinTech is mandatory Hands-on experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, or Netcore SmarTech Strong understanding of WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and RCS channels Proven experience as an individual contributor Must have worked in a startup or high-growth environment Strong execution skills with attention to detail Experience working with cross-functional teams What We’re Looking For A go-getter attitude with a bias for action Ability to work independently with minimal handholding Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments High accountability and ownership of outcomes Prior experience with email HTMLs (Preferred, not mandatory) Working knowledge of Gen AI tool
