Job Description

Monks is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the dedicated lead on all regional productions for the SCJ Client team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing projects across multiple channels and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from initial client briefing through to completion.
  • Initiate new projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and serve as primary point of contact for incoming client briefs and proposals.
  • Ensure successful project delivery, manage timelines, and exceed client expectations by leading production efforts across different departments.
  • Assemble the internal team and coordinate their efforts to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Define scope, quote projects, and plan production to ensure project profitability and feasibility.
  • Meet monthly and annual targets to foster long-term success and growth.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing regional productions, including digital ad campaigns, online videos, and live events, from proposal to final delivery.
  • Strong understanding of various production disciplines and techniques, particularly within regional and localized production contexts.
  • Hands‑on experience overseeing high‑quality deliverables and a deep understanding of the creative production process.
  • Experience in client engagement, business relationship management, and partnership development.
  • Ability to handle high‑stakes accounts and propose strategic next steps from a technical perspective.
  • Sharp comprehension of global brand objectives and quick assessment of project challenges and goals.
  • Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and industry trends, using this knowledge to establish realistic project costs and timelines.
  • Focus on long‑term partnerships and client relationship development.
  • Collaborative team player who can effectively manage projects across different teams, disciplines, time zones, and technologies.
