About The Company

Our client operates a group of growing U.S. businesses in the restoration and environmental services industry. They are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support across multiple companies, with a primary focus on Good Season Environmental.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Executive Administrative Assistant who can manage multiple priorities, streamline communication, and support daily operations across several businesses. You will become a trusted administrative partner, helping leadership stay organized by managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring important items are completed on time. This role requires excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

You will report directly to the company owner and collaborate closely with the General Manager and other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple shared email inboxes across different businesses
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and follow up on action items
  • Organize and prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders
  • Support communication between departments and leadership
  • Assist the General Manager with day‑to‑day administrative needs
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars when needed
  • Help improve administrative processes and workflows
  • Ensure important tasks, deadlines, and communications are tracked and completed
  • Provide general executive and operational support across multiple companies

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting executives or business owners
  • Experience working with U.S.–based companies
  • Familiarity with project management or task management tools
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or business units

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • One‑hour lunch break
  • U.S. holidays observed
  • Flexibility for some Argentine holidays
