Receiving Bay Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the complete stock receiving and inward process at the store.

* Ensure accurate checking of stock quantity, quality, and condition.

* Verify incoming merchandise against invoices and delivery documents.

* Manage GRN and system entries accurately and on time.

* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, vendors, and store teams.

* Handle stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess stock.

* Ensure smooth movement of merchandise from the receiving bay to the stockroom and sales floor.

* Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

* Lead and manage the receiving team to ensure efficient store operations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience in retail receiving, inventory, or store operations

✔️ Strong team handling and coordination skills

✔️ Good knowledge of stock management and inventory processes

✔️ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
