Role Description The Project Manager – Execution is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery of EPC and steel-intensive projects.

This position oversees project execution schedules, coordinates with design, procurement, logistics, and site teams, and ensures that milestones are met in line with client and regulatory requirements. The role includes managing expediting activities, vendor and contractor follow-ups, inspections, and site readiness to avoid delays and cost overruns. The Project Manager will monitor progress using project control tools, prepare status reports, manage risks, and support compliance with safety, quality, and governance standards.

This role also involves regular interaction with government/PSU stakeholders, resolution of execution issues, and continuous improvement of on-site processes.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
  • Candidates should possess Expediting and Expeditor capabilities to follow up with vendors, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify material quality, workmanship, and adherence to specifications and regulatory norms.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to plan dispatches, coordinate transport, and manage material flow to multiple project sites.
  • Relevant experience in EPC, infrastructure, steel structures, or civil–MEP projects, preferably with government/PSU contracts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in project management and tracking tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional execution teams, work under tight timelines, and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards on site.
