Project Group Manager

Overview

• Lead the delivery of multiple complex automation and warehouse projects across ANZ
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver high quality projects
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget
• Drive strong project governance, risk management and commercial performance
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
• Align internal teams, customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction, Logistics, or a related discipline
• Extensive leadership and project delivery experience within complex engineering, construction, or material-handling environments
• Strong knowledge of automated systems, material handling, racking and large-scale warehouse projects
• Proven commercial and contract management capability
• Demonstrated success leading project management teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally
