Pricing Manager

Job Title: Pricing Manager (Air & Sea Freight) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager with strong expertise in air and sea freight. The ideal candidate will have well-established relationships with carriers /shipping lines, deep knowledge of trade lanes, and a proven ability to develop competitive pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage pricing strategies for air and sea freight services Maintain and strengthen relationships with carriers, airlines, and shipping lines Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with logistics partners Monitor market trends, trade lane dynamics, and competitor pricing Provide accurate and timely quotations to internal teams and clients Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business growth Analyse cost structures and recommend pricing improvements Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and market standards Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of experience in pricing within freight forwarding or logistics Strong existing relationships with carriers /shipping lines / IATA Agents In-depth knowledge of major trade lanes (air and sea) Prior experience handling both air freight and ocean freight pricing Strong negotiation and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international logistics or freight forwarding companies Familiarity with pricing tools and logistics software Bachelor’s degree or above.
