ANALYST COLLECTION Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid)/ Hyderabad (Hybrid)/ Delhi (Remote)/ Pune (Remote) Experience Required: 8+ years Key Skills: Advanced SQL, Advanced Excel, Collections strategies, should be from BFSI Role: Sr Analyst- collection Qualifications: About 4-8 years experience in credit card collections or operations analytics. Basic knowledge of credit card collections lifecycle and performance metrics Advanced SQL skills for large and complex datasets Strong business acumen, such as in solving business to data interpretations, or making sense of data anomalies.

Excellent communication, and data visualization skills Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement credit card collection strategies based on data insights Lead multiple analytics projects with minimal supervision Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunities Design and optimize Champion-Challenger tests to enhance collections Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights and influence decision-making Mentor junior analysts in analytics and data knowledge Document key projects and maintain them in on shared space
