Job Description

Responsible for facilitating effective communication between management and employees, especially during management's frequent travels. Receive and interpret task allocations and instructions from management promptly to ensure clarity. Distribute tasks to employees based on their roles, skills, and current workload to optimize productivity.

Ensure employees fully understand their responsibilities, expectations, and deadlines to prevent misunderstandings. Act as the main point of contact, communicating vital information to employees during management’s absence. Keep employees informed about any changes in tasks, priorities, or company policies that may affect their work.

Track deadlines and monitor the progress of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular follow-ups with employees to assess progress, address concerns, and provide assistance as needed. Identify potential challenges that could impede progress and escalate these issues to management for resolution.

Prepare detailed reports on task progress, employee performance, and any challenges faced by the team. Analyze data from these reports to spot trends and areas for improvement, informing management's strategic decisions. Provide constructive feedback regarding team performance to support ongoing development.

Address employee inquiries regarding tasks and responsibilities promptly and effectively to maintain morale. Offer resources and support to help employees overcome obstacles and achieve their objectives. Collaborate with management to assess and improve processes for task allocation and communication efficiency.

Stay updated on best practices in employee relations and task management to ensure effective operations.
