LinkedIn Outreach Manager

We’re hiring an Outreach Manager About Us: We are a LinkedIn Personal Branding agency helping founders, consultants, and professionals turn their profiles into client-generating assets. Role Overview: We’re looking for an Outreach Manager to own and manage our LinkedIn outbound efforts end-to-end. This role focuses on building systems, managing execution, and driving real results — not just sending messages.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee daily outreach activities (connections, follow-ups, replies) • Lead and monitor a team of outreach executives • Design and execute ICP-based LinkedIn outreach strategies • Improve messaging frameworks (connection requests, DMs, follow-ups) • Ensure consistent daily execution and performance tracking • Monitor key metrics: acceptance rate, replies, and qualified leads • Step in for important conversations and guide them toward conversions • Coordinate with internal teams and support lead flow to closure • Share regular updates on outreach performance and improvements What We’re Looking For: • Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation • Good communication and copywriting skills for conversational DMs • Ability to manage people, processes, and daily targets • Detail-oriented with a focus on tracking and results • Ownership mindset and ability to drive outcomes
