Performance Marketing Lead

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other channels

• Manage budgets, optimize ROAS, CAC & conversions

• Drive performance strategy across multiple client accounts

• Mentor and manage a growing performance marketing team

• Collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver results

• Build reporting systems and identify growth opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Agency experience preferred
• Analytical mindset with leadership capabilities
• Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets
