Operations Manager – West Midlands Location: Selly Oak (Head Office) + travel across West Midlands Salary: £44,965.39 per annum Hours: 37 per week The Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple supported living and residential services. You’ll manage Registered Managers, drive service quality, improve CQC ratings, and ensure strong safeguarding and compliance.
