Job Description
- Lead end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting cost/profit targets.
- Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes in collaboration with technical teams.
- Drive productivity, profitability, and continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
- Lead ergonomic and workplace safety improvement initiatives.
- Implement new products, processes, corporate change initiatives, and IIoT solutions across the plant.
- Research and integrate advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment, and processes.
- Provide manufacturing support to resolve production issues and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain product master data and MBOM in SAP.
- Design, validate, and optimize product packaging solutions.
