N8N Automation- Trainer

Role Description The N8N Automation Trainer is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing and delivering training on n8n workflows, integrations, and automation best practices. Day-to-day work includes creating structured lesson plans, building demo workflows, preparing supporting materials (slides, examples, exercises), and teaching live or recorded sessions to learners of varying skill levels. The trainer will explain key automation concepts, guide learners through hands-on labs, troubleshoot student workflows, and provide feedback on projects.

The role also involves updating content to reflect new n8n features, collaborating with the team to refine curriculum, and contributing practical use cases that align with AI automation and AI agents training paths.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with n8n, including building, testing, and maintaining automation workflows and integrations.
• Knowledge of automation concepts, APIs, webhooks, and data transformations; familiarity with AI Automation and AI Agents is highly beneficial.
• Ability to design clear, structured training materials (curriculum, exercises, examples) and explain technical topics in accessible language.
• Effective remote teaching skills, including presenting in live online sessions, managing group Q&A, and supporting learners through chat or forums.
• Comfort with basic scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript or Python) to extend or customize n8n workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and organization skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or technical educator is preferred.
• Relevant education or certifications in automation, software development, or related fields are advantageous but not strictly required.
