Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Specialist role based in South Delhi. The Motion Graphic Specialist will design and animate engaging motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand content. Daily tasks include conceptualizing visual ideas, creating storyboards, developing graphic elements, and producing final motion assets aligned with brand guidelines.

The role involves collaborating with designers, video producers, and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into compelling motion visuals, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring timely delivery. The specialist will also assist in video editing, optimizing assets for different platforms, and maintaining an organized library of project files.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video-based projects.
• Candidates should possess solid Graphics skills, including layout, typography, and visual composition.
• Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, asset preparation, and export for multiple formats.
• Candidates should possess Storyboarding skills to translate concepts and scripts into clear visual sequences.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively in a team, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling work.
• Relevant education in design, animation, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

We’re Hiring: Motion Designer

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Requirements:

✔1–5 years of experience as a Motion Designer

✔ Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software is a plus

✔ Strong sense of animation, typography, and storytelling

✔ A creative portfolio showcasing motion design projects
