About the Role

\n

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as an MIS Executive & Data Reporting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reports, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting operations with accurate data insights.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Data Reporting & MIS
\n
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, targets, and achievements.
\n
• Build and maintain Excel dashboards for management review.
\n
• Ensure data accuracy by performing reconciliation and error checks.
\n
• Support automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
\n
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to sales and operations.
\n

\n

Sales Team Coordination

\n

\n
• Work closely with zonal sales managers to track targets and progress.
\n
• Share regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
\n
• Handle ad-hoc data requests from sales and management teams.
\n
• Assist in planning and forecasting activities with accurate data inputs.
\n

\n

Logistics & Operations (Basic Support)

\n

\n
• Process orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth deliveries.
\n
• Provide basic support in logistics reporting and monthly reconciliation with transporters.
\n
• Follow up on in-transit issues and ensure resolution with minimal disruption.
\n

\n

Desired Skills & Qualifications

\n

\n
• Graduate (B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or sales coordination.
\n
• Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
\n
• Experience with SAP / ERP systems / CRM tools preferred.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales and operations teams.
