WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Strategy & Business Analysis

Support strategic projects across the Semapa Group and contribute to the assessment of new growth opportunities.

Investment & Market Research

Conduct market, sector, and competitor analyses and support investment evaluations, including acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion projects.

Performance Monitoring

Analyse business performance and prepare insights and materials to support management decision-making.

Executive Exposure

Contribute to presentations and reports prepared for the Executive Board and Board of Directors, gaining first-hand insight into corporate decision-making processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's students in Management, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in strategy, investments, and corporate development
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to structure and communicate complex analyses clearly
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
