Manager/ Senior Manager- Women Empowerment

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai To lead the design and execution of initiatives that strengthen family, local, and governance spheres. Development and rollout of initiatives that advance decision-making power across levels. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of innovative programs within the Empowerment portfolio to strengthen wome voice, leadership, and participation.

Work closely with internal teams to identify context-specific challenges and co-create responsive program solutions. Conceptualize and deliver workshops and learning interventions that build leadership, negotiation, and advocacy skills among participants. Build and manage partnerships with external organizations, experts, and institutions to bring in diverse insights and resources.

Design community-based initiatives that encourage and enable their active involvement in decision-making spaces. Contribute to the development of frameworks and strategies that influence policies supporting their participation and leadership. Establish monitoring and learning mechanisms to assess program effectiveness and inform ongoing design improvements.

Qualifications Post Graduation degree in Social Work, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of experience in the related field. Proficiency in leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance empowerment.

Strong advocacy and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with gender and empowerment in development contexts is a plus. Demonstrated passion for promoting gender equality and empowerment initiatives.

Creative and innovative approach to designing programs that address the needs of diverse participants. Ability to navigate and influence socio-cultural contexts to ensure effective program implementation.
