Overview

As Paid Search Manager, you will own the delivery of paid search campaigns for a high-profile international sportswear/fashion brand. You will translate strategy into activation plans and steer cross-market execution from a central Digital Activation Hub. You’ll work with client teams and internal specialists to optimise performance and drive measurable results.

This role offers exposure to multi-market campaigns, data-led decision making, and opportunities to shape testing and technology-driven improvements. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering ROAS-driven growth at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own paid search delivery across multiple European markets
  • Translate strategy into clear activation plans and manage day-to-day client coordination
  • Oversee campaign build, QA and ongoing optimisation across paid search platforms
  • Ensure campaigns meet SLAs, objectives, and timelines
  • Monitor ROAS, cost of sale, and incremental revenue; identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Develop regular performance reporting with insights and actionable recommendations
  • Oversee the core buying team to ensure high-quality execution
  • Collaborate with Audience Insights, Data, Analytics & Reporting and Media Operations
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives to enhance performance
  • Maintain tracking, feeds and campaign governance for smooth delivery across markets
Key requirements
  • 4+ years’ experience in paid search / biddable activation
  • Hands-on campaign build, QA and optimisation experience
  • Experience with performance-focused paid search and understanding of ROAS and incremental revenue
  • Experience delivering multi-market campaign delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and Excel
  • Experience producing actionable reporting and recommendations
  • Understanding of third-party tracking and digital marketing technologies
  • Knowledge of feed or catalogue management is advantageous
  • Experience supporting or overseeing offshore or core buying teams is beneficial
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong spoken and written English; additional European languages desirable
