Overview

In this role, you will shape and deliver MP Activewear’s global influencer strategy, building a high-performing creator ecosystem to boost brand credibility, awareness, and commercial growth. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Social, Paid Social, E-commerce and regional teams to integrate influencer activity into the wider marketing plan. The role combines strategy, talent management, campaign delivery and performance analysis, requiring hands-on execution at pace.

You’ll identify emerging creators, foster long-term partnerships, and optimise investment across markets. This is an opportunity to drive global growth through creator partnerships and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute MP Activewear's global influencer and creator strategy
  • Translate global priorities into market-specific influencer plans
  • Build relevant creator communities while maintaining brand consistency
  • Identify platforms, trends, and cultural opportunities for activewear
  • Set objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks for influencer activity
  • Develop creator proposition with exclusive access, seeding, experiences and community opportunities
  • Identify high-potential influencers and manage long-term relationships with talent and agencies
  • Understand creator audiences, content style and commercial potential
  • Communicate with the global influencer network to keep creators engaged
  • Recommend where to protect, develop, scale or optimise creator investment
  • Lead influencer campaigns from concept to delivery, reporting and optimisation
  • Drive activity around launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Report on creator product seeding and community experiences against KPIs
  • Own day-to-day performance reporting and provide actionable insights
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, revenue, ROI and CPA/CAC
  • Present data and insights to inform future talent selection and investments
  • Communicate risks, opportunities and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Continuously improve processes and tools for the global influencer programme
Key requirements
  • 3-5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships or related field
  • Experience supporting or managing influencer programmes across multiple markets
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, agents and managers
  • Experience negotiating partnerships, fees, deliverables, usage rights and exclusivity
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with curiosity for emerging platforms
  • Experience measuring influencer performance and turning data into recommendations
