Director, Events & Live Experiences

Overview

In this role you lead the delivery and growth of football partnerships, hospitality, and live fan experiences for top global brands. You will steer integrated sponsorship activations across UEFA properties, leagues, clubs and federations, acting as a senior client lead to drive strategic programs and premium events. You’ll manage multi-market delivery, nurture senior stakeholder relationships, and shape Fuse’s football offering while driving commercial growth.

• Lead delivery and growth of football partnerships, hospitality programmes, live events, and fan experiences
• Oversee integrated sponsorship activations linked to major football properties
• Act as senior client lead, managing strategic partnership programmes and premium hospitality
• Drive fan engagement initiatives and high-profile event delivery across the football calendar
• Lead teams, nurture relationships with clients and rights holders, and manage commercial growth
• Shape the future of Fuse's football offering through strategic leadership
• Oversee project management, financial management and client servicing to ensure delivery excellence

• Significant experience in football sponsorship, events, hospitality or experiential marketing
• Proven success managing global brands, rights holders and senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership and people management experience
• Expertise delivering premium hospitality, VIP experiences and large-scale activations
• Commercial acumen with experience identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Outstanding project management, financial management and client servicing skills
