Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Accounting Financial Instruments Plan workflows for all deliverables in advance of month/ quarter end. Reconcile various accounts and promptly research and correcting any variances. Run and correlate reports from various systems.
Analyze and report interrelationships of financial information. Document procedures and processes. Reconcile various accounts, or reviewing reconciliations prepared by others, and promptly researching and correcting any variances.
Run reports from various systems. Analyze and report interrelationships of financial information. Support financial analysis/reporting and the integrity of financial data.
Document procedures and processes Support process improvement consistent with Lean initiatives Communicating with stateside partner on daily basis through emails/calls Education Requirements and Technical Skills- CA/CPA with 8+ years of experience in public and/or private company environment. Extensive knowledge of Investment Accounting Knowledge of US GAAP Accounting. Experience in financial services preferred accounting/reporting.
Advanced MS advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Automation/Artificial intelligence tools Strong leadership, managerial, communication & analytical skills required. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve problems and ability to meet deadlines are required.
Must be able to work with multiple departments in the compilation of data and the reporting of financial information.
