Business Analyst

4–8 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment operations, fund accounting, or investor allocations. • Prior experience in implementation or client onboarding roles. • Strong understanding of allocation methodologies (e.g. NAV-based, commitment-based, waterfall logic). • Solid knowledge of private equity, hedge funds, or fund-of-funds structures. • Proven experience with business requirement gathering, process documentation, and test case creation. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
