Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst Location: CHENNAI, BANGALORE/KOCHI/TRI/PUNE Exp: 6+ Years Job Description: Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across asset & wealth management functions. - Prepare detailed BRDs and FRDs to support solution design and implementation. - Work closely with stakeholders on mutual funds, equities, derivatives, and trade life cycle processes. - Support client onboarding workflows and ensure smooth integration with trading systems. - Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making. - Collaborate with technology teams to translate requirements into functional specifications. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Required Skills & Experience - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services. - Strong domain knowledge in asset & wealth management (mutual funds, equities, derivatives). - Proven experience in trade life cycle management and client onboarding. - Expertise in SQL for data analysis and validation. - Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
