Procurement Manager – Job Description Company: Infinity Learn Location: Hyderabad Department: Procurement / Supply Chain Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: ₹12–15 LPA CTC About the Role Infinity Learn is looking for a highly organized and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, and cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality standards, compliance, and budget efficiency across business functions. The role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and experience managing procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors and service providers. Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor payments coordination.

Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements. Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and compliance standards.

Maintain procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and statutory requirements. Collaborate with finance, admin, operations, and academic teams for seamless procurement planning.

Analyze market trends and recommend sourcing improvements and alternative suppliers. Handle annual rate contracts, renewals, and procurement budgeting activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

MBA / PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred. 5–8 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in EdTech, Education, IT, or service industries. Strong vendor negotiation and contract management experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple procurement projects in a dynamic environment.
