Manager

We are looking for Manager - Sales Operations/Backend Sales to support our International Business Team at Mumbai to handle OEM's with accuracy and effectiveness along with cross functional co-ordination across head office and manufacturing units. Key Responsibilities Act as liaison with top OEMs for process development and new product initiatives. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings aligned with company objectives.

Ensure effective communication and strong team management , leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintain regular contact with international customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Handle critical claims with professionalism and accuracy.

Drive new business development and manage new product developments (PDs) for IKEA in collaboration with internal teams. Provide prompt responses to customer queries. Coordinate effectively with internal teams including SCM, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Must-Have Requirements ERP knowledge (any ERP system). Technical knowledge of polymers & plastics . Team handling experience (minimum 2 direct reports).

Education Qualifications BE Chemical / BE Mechanical ( mandatory ). MBA (preferred; adds significant value). About US: All Time Plastics Limited is located in Mumbai, the financial capital of India.
