With focus on optimising performance to shape the next phase of growth, in a role with high levels of landlord interaction and relationship management at its core. The Package £35,000 (DOE) with OTE £50,000 Mon – Thurs 09:00 to 17:30 Fri 09:00 to 17:00, First Friday of every month 09:00 – 13:00 25 days holidays plus BH, increases due to length of service up to maximum 30 days plus BH.

Pension 5% employee and 3% employer Parking costs and inter branch travel costs covered Ongoing training and career development opportunities Opportunity to build and shape a function, not just manage it The Lettings Manager Role Oversee the full lettings cycle, from driving listings to enquiries, through to finishing deals Manage and communicate effectively with multiple clients at once Build and maintain Landlord relationships Lead a team of 3–4 negotiators Set KPIs, improve conversion, raise standards Bring structure, pace, and accountability Real autonomy The Person Proven lettings manager experience (2+ years essential) Confident with language and the ability to deal directly with Landlords Strong negation, sales and customer service skills dealing with multiple landlords (not just BTR/compliance) Team player who leads and coaches from the front Commercial, driven, and hands-on Can spot issues quickly and fix them ARLA Propertymark qualification or working towards (desirable) Full UK Driving licence (preferred)
