This is an excitingopportunity for a recentgraduate or someone early in their data career to work alongsideour experienced Business Intelligence Manager and play a key rolein driving data-informed decision-making across theorganisation. What You&©ll BeDoing: Assist in the development andmaintenance of interactive dashboards, reports,and visualisations . Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns,and opportunities forimprovement.

Troubleshoot and support existing BIsolutions, ensuring performance and reliability. Work closely with our data and businessteams to understand and translate data requirements intotechnical solutions. Document processes and reporting logicfor transparency and team knowledge sharing.

Keep up-to-date with BI trends,tools , and best practices. What We&©reLooking For: A degree in Data, Maths,Computer Science, Statistics, Economics , or related field$ú or equivalent practical experience. Strong numerical andanalytical skills with theability to work with large datasets.

Familiarity with Office 365applications , especially Excel . Exposure to SQL, Python, andPower BI is desirable butnot essential $ú we&©ll support your development! A logicalthinker who loves solvingproblems and digging deep for insights.

A "big picture" mindset $ú someone whocan connect the dots and see how the data fits together. High attention to detail and acommitment to accuracy. A collaborative and open-minded approach $ú you're notafraid to listen, learn, and adapt.
