\nInstructional Designer / Learning Content Designer
\nLocation: Goregaon, Mumbai
\nQualification: Any Graduate
\nExperience: 3 – 6 Years
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDevelop engaging learning content for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) programs
\nCreate storyboards, scripts, and instructional design documents
\nDesign learner-centric training solutions aligned to business requirements
\nCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and structure content
\nSupport the development of e-learning modules and digital learning assets
\nEnsure learning content follows instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
\nCreate visually engaging learning materials using PowerPoint and Canva
\nQualifications & Skills
\n3–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, E-learning Development, or Training Content Creation
\nExperience in creating ILT and WBT storyboards
\nStrong content structuring and writing skills
\nGood understanding of adult learning principles and Bloom's Taxonomy
\nProficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
\nExperience working with SMEs and business stakeholders
\nExposure to e-learning projects will be an advantage
