Human Resources Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage core human resources functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT/IT Services organizations and expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HR Compliance. This role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner with leadership to drive people initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes. Drive employee relations initiatives and act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues. Develop and implement talent management strategies including succession planning, retention initiatives, and career development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, internal HR policies, and audit standards. Oversee and improve HR policies, processes, and systems for operational efficiency. Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Support organizational development and change management initiatives. Coordinate with recruitment vendors for hiring. Required Qualifications & Skills: 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in IT / IT Services organizations.

Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HR Compliance. Proven experience in handling employee grievance management and workplace conflict resolution. Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office. MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
