Manager Job Title: Manager Job Code: Department: HR Reporting to: Senior Manager Location: Kochi HO Role Summary: To manage end-to-end HR functions, ensure policy compliance, drive engagement, and support leadership with strategic people insights. Key Responsibilities Own recruitment strategy execution and workforce planning. Ensure timely hiring and improved quality of hire. Oversee payroll accuracy, attendance, and leave compliance. Implement, communicate, and ensure consistent application of HR policies. Drive employer branding, referral hiring, and engagement programs. Handle complex employee relations and escalations. Track HR metrics and present insights to leadership.
Ensure data security, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
