Senior HR Manager & Office Manager Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site) Additional Location: Mumbai (oversight required) Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Global HR Director (U.S. Headquarters) Department: Human Resources & Administration About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and resourceful Senior HR Manager & Office Manager to lead Human Resources and administrative operations across our India offices. This role is primarily based in Hyderabad, with additional responsibility for overseeing the Mumbai office.

This is a fully in-person role requiring strong expertise in Indian labor laws, HR leadership, and the ability to align local HR practices with global business objectives. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding Partner with global and local hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and universities for campus hiring Onboarding & Induction Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless new hire experience Ensure timely completion of documentation, background verification, and induction training Performance Management Drive annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles using global frameworks Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans Align KPIs with organizational goals and compensation planning Payroll & Benefits Administration Coordinate with payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing Manage payroll inputs including attendance, leave, variable pay, and reimbursements Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, gratuity, and bonuses Employee Engagement & Retention Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with company culture Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and stay interviews Drive internal communications and recognition programs Compliance & Statutory Requirements Ensure compliance with central and state labor laws in Telangana and Maharashtra (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, LWF, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, Maternity Benefit Act) Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns Conduct HR audits and support compliance inspections HR Policies & Documentation Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs Draft employment contracts, NDAs, disciplinary letters, and exit documentation Localize global HR policies in compliance with Indian regulations Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate technical and soft skills programs Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver learning initiatives Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and grievances Handle disciplinary matters and investigations professionally and fairly Ensure effective functioning of the POSH committee HR Reporting & Global Collaboration Maintain HRIS data and generate reports and dashboards Provide regular updates to the Global HR Director Collaborate with global HR teams on initiatives like DEI, surveys, and policy rollouts Office Administration (Hyderabad & Mumbai) Oversee day-to-day office operations in Hyderabad Coordinate with Mumbai office staff/vendors Manage facilities, housekeeping, security, and office supplies Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance standards Support logistics for meetings, visitors, and company events Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) 7–10 years of HR experience in India, with at least 2 years in a senior HR/business partner role Experience working with global teams is highly preferred Fluency in English and Hindi required (Telugu is a plus) Proficiency in HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR), payroll systems, and MS Office What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Hands-on, proactive, and self-driven approach Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management skills Willingness to travel occasionally to Mumbai or other locations
