This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities, capable of building robust HR systems, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across all HR processes. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet rapid growth targets Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team Establish employer branding initiatives HR Operations & Compliance Implement and manage HRMS (KEKA or equivalent) Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Employee Engagement & Culture Design and execute engagement programs to maintain high morale Monitor and improve eNPS and engagement scores Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion Performance & Learning Management Establish performance management frameworks and KPIs Design and implement L&D programs for skill development Drive internal mobility and succession planning Strategic HR Leadership Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals Provide data-driven insights on workforce metrics Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a growing organization (200+ employees) Strong knowledge of HR technology, HRMS platforms, and analytics Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred Key Competencies Strategic thinking with operational excellence Strong leadership and team management skills Data-driven decision making Excellent communication and stakeholder management Change management and process optimization High integrity and confidentiality If you’re ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a scaling organization— Elance is the place for you .
