Role Overview

We are looking for aHead of Salesto lead revenue growth. This is anequity-first, commission-based roledesigned for someone who can drive enterprise adoption, close deals, and scale a high-impact sales strategy. If you understand AI infrastructure, can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and want to shape the future of AI, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute thego-to-market strategyfor Scalytics' AI framework.
• Ownenterprise sales cycles, closing high-value deals in regulated industries.
• Build and manage relationships withC-level executives, AI teams, and strategic partners.
• Position Scalytics as theleading AI infrastructure providerfor federated learning.
• Driveinvestor engagement, contributing to fundraising efforts and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience inAI, SaaS, or enterprise tech sales, with a strong record of closing deals.
• Deep understanding offederated learning, data security, and AI infrastructure.
• Ability toexecute and adapt quickly, navigating enterprise sales and market shifts.
• Experience infundraising or investor relationsis a plus.
