We are looking for a Head of E-commerce & Marketing to add to our team.

Job Description:

As a head of e-commerce & marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing all e-commerce and marketing strategies and plans.

You will be working closely with the Founder, traditional sales manager and other departments and will be responsible for applying the marketing policies, strategies, and development of all e-business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and e-commerce strategies and plans to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of community building, social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or other related fields.
• You must be fluent in English and Portuguese
• You must be fascinated by fast scalable business models, and you already have a track-record of businesses you have scaled.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with CMS management (Wordpress/Shopify)
• Proven experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, etc...)
• Ability to manage and execute the budget and marketing plan.
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw)
• Proven experience in growing a company (preferable)
• Tech curious - interested in how to leverage the latest technology.
