Job Summary

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated professional capable of independently carrying out the wide range of maintenance activities required across our facility, covering both production equipment and the factory building. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role aimed at improving operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Responsibilities:

Industrial Equipment Maintenance

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work on industrial machinery, including spray-up equipment, polyurethane systems, ovens and heaters, and small electrical machines.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery and production equipment.

Electrical Systems:

• Maintain and repair the factory's electrical installations, including medium-voltage systems (knowledge and experience preferred).
• Carry out routine inspections of electrical systems, identify faults, and resolve issues to ensure operational continuity and compliance with safety standards.

Building and Facilities Maintenance:

• Ensure the maintenance of the manufacturing facility and general infrastructure, including the building structure, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building services.
• Diagnose and resolve building-related maintenance issues whenever possible, coordinating with external contractors for specialist interventions when required.

Preventive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Preventive Maintenance Plans for machinery, electrical installations, and the factory building.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Support the Purchasing team in sourcing and procuring spare parts.
• Maintain close collaboration with the Warehouse, Production, and Technical teams.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven hands-on experience carrying out maintenance and repair work in an industrial or manufacturing environment (essential). This is an execution-focused role rather than one limited to supervision or planning.
• Knowledge and practical experience with electrical installations, preferably including medium-voltage systems.
• Technical or vocational qualification in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Engineering will be considered an advantage.
• Dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
